1. Introduction

Welcome to 799pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 799pk platform, accessible at https://799pk.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by 799pk ("we", "us", "our").

799pk is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Site" / "Service" — The 799pk website accessible at https://799pk.cam and all associated pages, features and content.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — Any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Content" — All text, graphics, data, software, audio, video, images and other material published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all monetary examples on this Platform are denominated unless otherwise stated.

4. Account Eligibility

4. Not be a person who has previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 799pk for breach of these Terms;
5. Not be acting on behalf of another individual for the purposes of circumventing eligibility requirements.

5. Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and valid contact details;

• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party;

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. 799pk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 799pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

You may:

• Browse informational content about betting markets, game rules, payment methods and responsible gambling;
• Use the Platform's account features for the purposes for which they are designed;
• Print or download a reasonable number of pages for your personal reference, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright notices.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under applicable local, national or international law, including Pakistani law;
• Register multiple accounts, use another person's account, or provide false identity information;
• Attempt to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers or other technical means;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, bonus abuse, chip-dumping or any other fraudulent betting strategy;

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Platform Content without prior written authorisation from 799pk;
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans or other harmful material into the Platform's systems;
• Harass, threaten or harm other users, or engage in conduct that is offensive, defamatory or discriminatory;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or associated networks.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or legal action.

8. Deposits & Payments

Deposit and payment services are provided by, or through, the relevant third-party Operator and payment processors, not directly by 799pk. The following provisions are set out as general guidance. Always verify current payment details in your Account cashier.

8.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available deposit methods may include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and in some cases cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Availability is subject to change and is determined by the Operator's cashier at the time of transaction. Payment brand names referenced on this Platform are contextual only — they do not indicate that those providers endorse, facilitate or approve gambling transactions.

8.2 Currency

All account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PKR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing, subject to volatility risk. Conversion rates are determined by the Operator.

8.3 Minimum Deposits

8.4 Deposit Responsibility

9. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets. These figures are illustrative only.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum during an active bonus period may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute significantly less.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, typically 7–30 days from bonus activation.
• One Bonus Per Account: Promotional offers are available to one Account per person, household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

799pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time. Decisions by 799pk's promotions team regarding bonus eligibility and disputes are final.

10. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed;
• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless the Operator expressly permits otherwise;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set by the Operator — confirm current limits in your Account;

• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Use the 799pk name, logo or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without prior written consent;

Any unauthorised use automatically terminates the licence granted and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, 799pk makes no warranties, express or implied, that Content is complete, accurate, up-to-date or suitable for any particular purpose. 13.2 No Gambling Operator Warranty

13.3 Limitation of Liability

14. Suspension & Termination

799pk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform without prior notice in the event of:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity;
• Multiple account creation or identity misrepresentation;
• Provision of false KYC documentation;
• Any activity that in our reasonable opinion poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform;
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers and limitation of liability) shall continue in full force.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 799pk is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents 799pk from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

16. Amendments to These Terms

799pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of significant changes via a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
